Well done to the 150 Year 11 students who came in for two days of maths revision in the Easter holidays.  The results of individual students will now be determined by how much work they are prepared to do, irrespective of whether these exams are GCSE, BTEC level 2/3 or A levels.  I wish all of our students who are taking exams the very best of luck with their studies.

Our thanks go to the Greensward Charitable Trust that is run as part of the Academies Enterprise Trust, who have donated £1500 towards the Design & Technology club who are once again building a car to enter the Greenpower competition. The trust have been excellent supporters of a number of our sporting students and the successful
technology club.

Good luck goes to our Year 9 science entry for the Bill Bryson Award.  This year’s topic was 'Chance in Science.' Some of you may remember that two years ago our Year 11 team won this award and visited the Houses of Parliament.  This year’s young team have worked very hard to produce a film that is informative, engaging and funny.
