Our Principal, Caroline Haynes, commented:

We are once again delighted by the performance of our students at both A and AS level. We have very high levels of achievement at every level of ability, and in every subject we offer, both vocational and academic. We are thrilled to see young people reaping the rewards of the hard work, effort and dedication they have demonstrated towards their studies. They have earned the results that will take them onto higher education or a wide range of employment possibilities.

Subjects that have achieved particularly well include:

Art; Business; Dance; English Literature; Geography; History, and ICT.

To achieve at Advanced Level still requires ability, determination, and the support of excellent teachers. The achievement of A* grades marks an outstanding accomplishment; students in: Art; Chemistry; Dance; English Literature; History; Mathematics; PE; Photography; Physics, and Resistant Materials, have reached A* GCE grades this year.

These results reflect the outstanding teaching that takes place every day within our Sixth Form, I am very proud of TTC staff, and we as a College are all very proud of what our students have achieved.
